7–Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Jennylyn Collection, that’s why we offer a 7-day exchange policy.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- For gold jewelries, acceptable reason for return only when the item is proven fake by two pawnshops.
- Items returned without the tag attached, their original box, and two receipts from two pawnshops to prove the item is fake will not be accepted.
- The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 7 days from when the original order was received.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
- For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted.
- Items that were worn or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not replaceable.
Initiate A Return
Send us an email at jc.88collections@gmail.com with a photograph of the object in its original condition and packaging, as well as the receipts from two pawnshops proving that the jewelry is fake. If the stated conditions are fulfilled, we will send you the return shipping label.
Return The Item
Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
Replacement Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your replacement in 7 to 14 Working Days.
All replacement Items should be in original packaging and in same condition which customer has received the item, incase our inspection team find out the item is not in the same condition or not same packaging, Hamsa.ae has right not do the replacement and delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
All other Replacement will be having a Replacement Charge of $15
